My journey into healing began over sixteen years ago through Kundalini Yoga in Brixton. Along the way I discovered something profound — healing wasn't outside of me, it was already within reach. Yoga, meditation and breathwork helped me navigate anxiety, overwhelm and find greater balance.
After welcoming our twins and training as a Life Coach during the Covid years, I completed my Reiki Level I and II in 2021. What began as a personal healing journey quickly became a vision: a sanctuary in my home where people could feel safe, supported and empowered to reconnect with themselves.
Five years on, Create You Reiki holds a wonderful community of clients through private sessions, group healing experiences, corporate wellbeing events and energy-clearing services.
